Meditation guide for beginners

Many of us have heard about the advantages of meditation, but for a variety of reasons, we haven't started regular practice. It's unfortunate because meditation can improve our well-being and is both easy and effective. Meditation techniques are numerous and diverse. If you're new to meditation, I recommend starting with guided meditation. There are numerous meditation apps available, including Headspace, which I recommend, as well as numerous free ones available on the internet.
